The integrated servo motor automatically opens and closes the lid of the device by simply touching the contact strip.
A message appears on the LCD display when the lid is moved: "OPEN" (open) or "CLOSE" (closed).
Ideal for vacuum marinating
Vacuum containers are perfectly suited for marinating because the pores in the food can open in a vacuum and the marinade can penetrate better.
This feature automatically evacuates and vents the vacuum vessel in cycles within 30 minutes. The marinating process is considerably accelerated.
For this function you need a suitable vacuum container.

The vacuum packaging will in most cases extend the shelf life of the food, as most of the air will be removed from the sealed bags and containers and the air-tight closure will prevent air or germs from entering.
